Liked: Proximity to airport. Gym facilities really good.
Disliked: Price for value. Not a lot of extras given the price. We chose a different hotel on subsequent stays, equally convenient but better value.

Very professional staffwith a calm...

Liked: Good location--close to airport view of river. VERY tolerant staff--quick to help with bulky luggage or locate rooms. Staff at passenger pick-up area fielded endless questions from lost passengers, confused drivers, people without reservations, etc. They kept their cool!
Disliked: Signs in halls could have been clearer as to which exits were stairs versus elevators.

Liked: Location was at the airport, not just near the airport. There is a tram from the hotel to the airport. Not a shuttle. A tram that is part of the airport. This makes catching an early flight very easy.
Disliked: It is pricy
