The managers stepped in big...
Liked: The executive staff went above and beyond to help us get our room extended during the terrible winter storm that hit. Our plane kept canceling and we were stuck at the airport. The staff at the restaurant were awesome and Kahlid was amazing, the front desk people did not help at all. It was the management that actually gave a darn about us.
Disliked: The front desk people couldn?t care less if we were stuck and had to sleep on the floor. Funny how the managers helped us and made things happen.

Super location, a little overpriced
Liked: The location of this hotel is unbeatable. If you don't want to leave the airport, this is the best place to stay. The room was very comfortable. It was spacious and quiet and there was a view of the planes. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, there was no room service so the only place to eat was the restaurant. The pool was also closed due to Covid. I requested a room with a bath tub but didn't get one. There was bottled drinking water in the room for $5 per bottle! I think the hotel is a little overpriced.

Very cozy and comfortable
Liked: I loved how the staff was so willing to help and was so cordial.
Disliked: No complementary breakfast. I think it would be a great detail for their customers.
