Fake luxury, poor design, no...

Liked: The bed and couch were very comfortable. Very spacious, albeit in a strange aimless way that made it feel like a converted office space or something.
Disliked: Firstly, there’s no reception and no one speaks English except for a very rude and impatient mysterious man on the phone. The whole place is very strange - it’s not luxury - it’s the perception of luxury best suited for hens nights or rich teenage girls sleep overs. None of the so called art makes sense and is poorly done. The details that make something luxury were not there at all - poor layout, badly finished items or generally distasteful and more so inconvenient items. I had to carry all our luggage up many flights of stairs because no one showed me the strange elevator with its many, interminably slow doors. The front door to the building is so stupid; narrow and extremely slow (automatic). The place is a joke. Absolutely do not waste your money - go find real luxury.

Liked: The pictures looked really nice - too bad in reality it's much worse...
Disliked: Smell of an old unventilated house, light switches that won't work, claustrophobic elevator that gets stuck, receptionst that doesn't speak english and has no idea how to operate the place, the bedrooms are without doors or windows...if you value your money - trust me and stay away!

Would love to stay in...

Liked: The suite was beautiful and so comfortable and roomy. Perfect for us as my guys are all tall and need lots of room. We had the top two floors so no overhead noise from any other guest and an amazing view of the surrounding city. Plenty of water, drinks and Nespresso pods furnished daily included in price of the suite. We were in the 2nd district so it was a cozy, small, friendly neighborhood vibe but close enough to walk to the inner historical area just across the canal. We were across from the Karmelitermarkt so lots of great fresh food shopping and eating close by for very reasonable cost.
Disliked: Hotel staff was not easily visible so we felt alone there much of the time, but we could get them by phone. Vienna was in the middle of a heat wave but the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on very much before our arrival so the suite was very warm upon arrival. The ceiling was all skylights in the top floor but the shades were only controlled by the hotel. We couldn’t control them ourselves. After the first day or do, they did seem to adjust the timing on the automatic shades. Daily breakfast croissants were great but eggs were not unfortunately. Would have loved to have been able to get a pot of coffee instead of just individual cups with breakfast, but we did have a wonderful nespresso maker and plenty of pods so we could refresh our coffee easily. I am claustrophobic so the elevator into our suite made me nervous. I used the stairs the entire time because the elevator was too dark, small and closed in. My husband and son used it though with very little difficulty and the breakfast was delivered every morning by elevator so it was probably just me that was uncomfortable with it.

Disliked: In reality it does not look the same as photos. It looks cheap and very uncomfy. And all the tricks with electric doors give you a feeling as if you're in a circus. The stuff - forget about them, they are just not there. Awfull beds, just some kind of torture tool.
