Liked: Staff were so lovely
Disliked: Window opened a fraction and no aircon so was way too warm, shower had just a drizzle out of it. Also one very very small shower gel between two girls and not great quality at all

An excellent choice in a...
Liked: The location worked for us being just down the road from Botanic Rail Station [ 2 stops to the Main Bus/Rail station] and just a 9min bus ride from Belfast City Square [where most things start from]. The Ulster Museum and Botanical Gardens are close by [10min walk] Hop-on Hop-off Bus stops in University Road. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Toilet/Shower room was smart, although the shower was a little slow! We didn't take up the Breakfast option as it didn't suit us, there wert several excellent coffee shops nearby. The bar area very smart and was busy in the afternoons. The staff were very helpful. The area caters for students at the University

Pleasant
Liked: The location was excellent, with many restaurants and coffee shops right downstairs and within a few block walk. We walked all the way up to the LGBTQ+ bars on Union in about 30 minutes, through the heart of the city. We really enjoyed breakfast sitting at the table in the bow window in the restaurant downstairs - the vegan breakfast was really excellent! We were able to park for free on the residential street across from the hotel, and the hotel provided helpful guidance on where to park without penalty or fee.
Disliked: We requested, and received, a room on the top floor facing the street. The hotel has no AC, and it was not a terribly hot day, but the small windows in this attic floor room, though charming, kept the room hot until very early in the morning. We went down to the lobby to see if they might have a room fan that we could use, but there is no one at the front desk after 10 or 11 pm. In addition, it would have helped if it were possible to just cover our bodies with a thin sheet or cotton throw, but the comforter was the only option available.Although breakfast was excellent, it took a very long time to arrive after we ordered it, and we nearly missed our departure time.
