Nice rooms and staff in...

Liked: Great location and plenty of places on the street for food and drinks. Nice decor, really comfy bed as well. Staff are very friendly as well!
Disliked: Lift is small and shakes when moving so not for faint-hearted! Halls and rooms are very dimly lit

Liked: The breakfast was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. In the bathroom the shower was bigger, perfectly.

Liked: Lovely decor, friendly staff, great location. The bed was also super comfy.
Disliked: The WiFi wasn’t great and neither was the water pressure in the shower

Liked: Nice looking bar an restaurant
Disliked: - not allowed into bar or restaurant due to a bottomless brunch which we were not aware of until we landed- bar and restaurant closed for remainder of day after event finished at 7pm- bed really uncomfortable

Liked: Staff were very welcoming and facilitating especially the night porter Cohen who was especially accommodating and friendly. He made our stay exceptionally pleasant.
Disliked: Uncertain as to how well the room was deep cleaned after previous guests as child toys had been left behind underneath curtains. There was a foul smell coming from the drains in the bathroom after flushing the toilets and running the shower which remained during our entire stay. Room was quite stuffy and certain areas looked to be run down.

Disliked: Toilet didn’t work. No A/C or heating control. Shower didn’t work. Incorrect information- food dreadful. Awful noise.
