Disliked: My wife had to get out of bed to let in some people at the front door. They were banging on the door for quiet a while. there should be a system for hotel guests to have access throough the front door.

Liked: The location was very central and convenient. The check-in process was straightforward and the assistant general manager on duty was welcoming and professional, which made for a positive first impression.
Disliked: The room and bathroom were both extremely small and the property lacked character or any thoughtful details. Cleanliness was substandard, with visible dust and a used tissue found behind the bathroom door. The corridors were dated, confusing to navigate and contributed to an overall tired feel. Critically, there was no hot water the following morning, resulting in a cold shower with no proper apology, just a boiler excuse. On top of that, a knock and immediate entry by a staff member while I was exiting the bathroom was intrusive and unprofessional. For a property providing overnight accommodation, failing to offer a hot shower, a clean space and basic privacy is simply not acceptable.
