Liked: The location of the hotel was amazing. It was in a central spot near the mall and lots of food items.
Disliked: It was not as hoped for at all. They overbooked my room so instead of a king room I ended up with a double bed. The pool was disgusting looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in weeks, literally had things floating in it from hair to leaves to other unknown objects. The room service was horrible, I asked for clean towelson Saturday morning and still have yet to receive them 2 days later. I was there for 3 nights nights and not once did anyone come and collect garbage from my room so I had mountains of garbage in my room. During my stay, my key deactivated at least 5 times while I was there. It wasn?t near any devices it just kept deactivating making me walk to the lobby from the 3rd floor frequently. I would never book again

Liked: Location is great as I could walk every where I need to. The staff was friendly and helpful room was good. Loved my visit to this hotel although the name change I was pleased with the service.
Disliked: No free breakfast and no shuttle transportation from Airport/Hotel was very disappointing.Need to do something to get these services back.
