Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Laundry machines did not work, nor the ice machine, hotel didn’t put our room into the system, house keeping came twice in the 10night stay even though I complained and staff said it was corrected, housekeeping did not replenish coffee station, breakfast is a joke and not much a smoke free hotel when all guests smoke everything and gets sucked through AC into room.

Disliked: The bed sheets were filthy upon arrival. We got assigned a room with someone already inside and there were used towels on the floor of the restroom. It wasn’t clean at all

Liked: The property was in a good location. The staff were too young to handle the boisterous children who played chase games from the pool through the foyer and breakfast room and back out to the pool constantly. The lobby was completely wet, and the toilet paper in the pool toilet was lying on the floor soaking wet.
