The staff were not polite upon checking in - vague with directions to Englert Theater. There was no book containing hotel information/local info/room service menu in the room . The room had a view of the roof with broken lawn chairs and patio umbrellas. It was not as great as the website photos; no TV channel guide. I was trying to build up the room since we paid $170, saying it was modernistic, and my fiance replied "yeah, 1970's". He was right. Normally don't write reviews, rarely negative ones, but had to on this one. Disappointed.
Liked: Close to theater and the Ped Mall.
Disliked: Staff; room view; lack of amenities.

Worse hotel experience I've had.
Liked: I liked the area. I like the night Audit she was absolutely amazing. She took my grossest pillows to the manager and the next morning the manager took extra 50 off our stay. But I should not have went through any of this to begin with. I
Disliked: Had hair on my pillow when they switched it the pillows I finally laid down around 2am and checked the pillows again and there was more hair on the new pillows!!! The toilet also clogged. Someone came in to plunge it. After he plunged it he walked over the carpet with a wet plunger even though I asked if he needed me to put a towel down to dry it. Stains on the ceiling, there were stains on the wall behind the make up mirror, chipped paint near the window, cracked wall next to the bed table, separating base boards, stains all over the window shades. I have pictures for proof of everything I was so disappointed. I also do not like that you have to pay for everything!!! Breakfast, gym, and when I asked if they had a pool he said it was broken. Their hotel website was horrible. When I went to try and find out the amenities through the hotels website the only option was for dining. They also told booking.com they have spa tubs which is the only reason why I picked this hotel. They do not have spa tubs in their rooms. Woke up with a horrible back and neck ache from the crappy bed and pillows. Overall the worse hotel I've been at for the price.

Disliked: Thick dust on walls and sprinklers. Food and drink splatters on walls and ceiling.

Disliked: Made us pay $ 100 for indent fee then another $50 when we got there wasnt expecting that. Also no trash bags in any garbage cans.

Liked: Hotel is decent
Disliked: They charge additional $50 for incidentals and that this $50 will be returned when you check out, however they fail to tell you the correct amount of time it'll take to get your money back. I was informed it would be refunded in the morning per the young man who checked me in 2/27/20 during the night.... however when I checked out 2/28/20 I was informed it takes 2-3 business days... Today is 3/6/20 and I still have not received my refund... I called to ask them about it and now I'm being told it takes 7-10 business days! Very disappointed at this point about all the incorrect information!!!
