The staff were not polite upon checking in - vague with directions to Englert Theater. There was no book containing hotel information/local info/room service menu in the room . The room had a view of the roof with broken lawn chairs and patio umbrellas. It was not as great as the website photos; no TV channel guide. I was trying to build up the room since we paid $170, saying it was modernistic, and my fiance replied "yeah, 1970's". He was right. Normally don't write reviews, rarely negative ones, but had to on this one. Disappointed.

Liked: Close to theater and the Ped Mall.
Disliked: Staff; room view; lack of amenities.

Liked: Great central location, clean large rooms great bathtub as well as walk in shower. Very comfortable room.
Disliked: No guest laundry!

Liked: convient location, the bread market below is great, the shower head is amazing and the beds are comfortable
Disliked: the bed slides on base, so you wake up at night with the bed moved and your pillows lost down a growing crevice between the head board and mattress. also since its close to pedi mall, you will hear music and people, doesn't bother me, but may bother some

Liked: I LOVED the tub, the room was gorgeous and the balcony would have been fantastic had it been a little warmer. The staff was courteous and helpful!
Disliked: I was a little disappointed there weren’t vending machines for late night snacks but I was provided with a tooth brush and razor free of charge, so that made up for it!

Liked: Loved the staff! Room was nice! Views were great! Room was very clean
Disliked: The carpet in the bathroom was not my favorite part it was still wet from previous guests, we rolled it up and moved aside. I was kind of disappointed the tub's drain was broke so water constantly drained and that was the main reason we booked that room was because it had a large tub. Parking ramp was a little confusing but we got it figured out and down fall was we had to pay for parking, hotel doesn't have it's on lot.
