Liked: Other then one staff member everyone else was incredible. Like the walking distance that it was to the arch. And the room I was in was designed well
Disliked: Not the cleanest place. From what one guy told me the pools been closed for some time now and no news of it opening soon. Also been to four star hotels and this does not come close. No restaurant in hotel, so need to leave hotel inorder to eat.

Liked: Beautiful floor plan, great tv,s lighting, etc. Nice front desk staff.
Disliked: Sheets had not been changed (hair and dirt); called desk and got new sheets but had to change beds myself. Remote control didnt work, toilet had a leak and made noise.

Disliked: A very long list. Only one of 4 elevators was working. The bar in the atetriam area was not open. The stairwells were dirty. Ice machines were only on even floors when there were hook ups for them on every floor. Many of the chairs in the atetriam were turn and junky looking.This hotel is part of the casino and none of the escalators were working only one of the people movers out of 4 were working in the casino area. This is just a start of the list. This shows as a rating of 4 but is more of a 2 rating.
