Liked: Good location, walking distance to free trams into city. Clean, quiet, excellent facilities. The only hotel/motel that has actually provided a decent hair drier.Devine dinner at Hotel Alba restaurant next door
Disliked: Absolutely no complaints, it's a hidden gem

Passable

Disliked: Tight car park. Security guard stomping down the verandah's with hard sole shoes, every night 2 to 3 am waking everyone up, and I mean everyone.

Good value for money for...

Liked: Good value for money, parking on site, restaurant had great food.
Disliked: Needed a bit of a thorough clean, dusting etc, had a bit of a smell to it. But other than that couldn’t fault it.

Good location poor hospitality

Liked: Well priced
Disliked: Rude staff, booked a room for 2 adults 1 infant under 1. Got put on upper level with a double bed and a single. Had to cart pram up and down stairs every time we went out. Staff member didn’t care and wouldn’t change our room upon asking. Even though car park was very empty so assume rooms were. Got told that that’s “unfortunate”

Lovely stay, good location on...

Liked: Room was a good size, double beds very comfortable, TV was working, Bathroom clean & Shower products nice to use. Female at reception was lovely and helped with issues we had and explained eating/laundry/gym & pool arrangements, offered deal vouchers for dinning room with breakfast. Was helpful when we required more toiletries & paper rolls.
Disliked: Male at reception during check in a little rude & abrupt.Some facilities were shared between hotels, but understandable.Room coffee machine only came with 1 pod, 4 person room should have more available at hand.

Disliked: TV remote clunky, 2x single beds making a queen had ridges
