Staff are very friendly and...

Liked: Free parking, close to the tram stop. The staff are friendly and helped us quickly change rooms at midnight due to a dirty top bunk in the family room.
Disliked: The top bunk in the family room had hair and dirty bedding, we got another room for two of us but when I got into bed all I could smell on the bed sheets was cigarette smoke and I couldn’t get much sleep. When I got home and unpacked my bag the smell was over my pyjamas, it was pretty strong. Thank goodness for the free coffee vouchers they gave us because of the dirty room. I did not want to complain again so I put up with it as it was getting late, and it was only for one night. We have stayed there about 2 years ago and it was a very clean place not sure what’s happened.
