Liked: The bed and closeness to the city

Good accomodation for a short...

Liked: Location good, staff friendly, free parking for guests as we travelled from Melbourne, coffee machine in room
Disliked: Beds were average, maybe could’ve also had a few more pillows as option, rooms aren’t soundproofing we were hearing people upstairs thumping around at like 10pm or later. No microwave, no toaster which was unfortunate when staying for 5-7 days

Disliked: I was told I would not be asked to pay anything via a link. Then I got an email about on line check in which took me to a link to pay. I did not use this as I was suspicious given your original email. I then got online check out email. I followed this until it asked me to pay which I had already done when I arrived. Also I had multiple emails and texts about both online checkin and checkout. Would much rather just do this in person given the number of scams around.
