Alright
Liked: Modern rooms
Disliked: Above a load terrace with smokers, so you can’t really open the windows.Airco was broken on first night. While there is no staff at the hotel, the problem could only be fixed the next morning.

Very good
Liked: The location is good, there are many restaurants, cafes, etc. nearby, it's a 20-minute walk to the center. For introverts - great, everything is automatic. The team responds quickly enough via WhatsApp. Overall, I'm happy
Disliked: I would like to have a refrigerator in the room

Liked: Beautiful room. Easy process with the self check in. Fairly easy to access train stations (5-10min walk)

Overall a solid hotel for...
Liked: The room was very nice and spacious and everything you needed was provided.Bob W has a very good price for being in a prime location.
Disliked: The check-in area is a bit small and has only one tablet, so if multiple people arrive at the same time, it gets a bit cramped, and you will have to wait for a bit until you can check yourself in.

Comfortable accommodations, but automated, unaccommodating...
Liked: The rooms were nice, the system in place was quite efficient. Having access to the local gym and lockers downstairs were both helpful. The location was good.
Disliked: Initially the accessibility of Bob seemed like a major plus - having his Whatsapp made communication quick and convenient. However, the system in place seemed only good when things go according to plan. On the Monday before my Thursday check out, I requested to stay an additional night, as I had a late flight that evening. I was emailed with the rates and I confirmed my interest in booking the same day. Two days later, the day before checking out, I was told the room had been booked. There was no attempt to resolve the issue - just a sorry, and a link to book a different apartment with no discount or any other solution in place. I left with a bad taste in my mouth.
