Liked: Location was Great. Rooms are clean, comfortable and bright. I know the property disclosed in their website that they do not have air con. I thought they would have at least a ceiling fan. The bedrooms were very hot when temperatures reached over 28C and no fan to circulate the air.Also, coffee and tea facilitaes would be nice in future.

Disappointing

Liked: Its location to the city centre.
Disliked: Absence of air conditioner, refrigerator. Too loud (trams, horns of cars for those who sleep the green traffic light). Impression of somewhat battered hotel, elevator, bathroom. Partner-cafe is far not the opposite side of the street (8 minutes walk). Check-out time 9 a.m. and breakfast at 8 a.m. earliest (9 a.m. on Thursdays) makes it a quest: either grab your things, check-out and go for breakfast or run faster than a bullet after breakfast to check-out. Or pay extra. The cafe itself is really good.
