Liked: Excellent breakfast, really helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, nice touches with coffee/tea and cake freely available.
Disliked: This is to be expected from the location, but some noise from the traffic outside so couldn't keep the windows open at night.

Liked: Service is excellent and the staff is great! The breakfast was great and you could see that it had a special touch to it. The room was great and the bed/matress was really good. Cleanliness was excellent allround both in the room and all over the place.
Disliked: Really small and fragile elevator.

Disliked: A little bit loud outside if your room is on the front side

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and super helpful. They went above and beyond, in particular helping me to locate something I'd unfortunately left behind which was a gift for a friend, and then helping me to forward it on by courier. All of this from across different countries (the delivery, too!).The room was very cosy and beautifully set up. I'd definitely go back.
