Liked: Friendly stuff, great breakfast, good and quiet location
Disliked: The bathroom in our room was a little too "compact".

Good location but very uncomfortable...

Liked: Location and breakfast were ok.
Disliked: The single room has a really weird set-up. The bed is a sofa couch, very uncomfortable to sleep. Very warm in the room. No airco available. Old hotel so very noisy. Noise from rooms next door and on the floor above.

Bad

Disliked: We booked this hotel through Booking.com and were charged double the amount posted. After numerous calls and emails, they promised to refund the amount, but to date, nothing has been returned.

How a hotel should be

Liked: Lovely staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds (premium double room), great breakfast, cosy and well maintained spa and pool area. Only 150 SEK/person for 1½ hour without food, drinks and spa products. Remember to book. Free parking in backyard if available (no reservation). Walking distance of restaurants, shopping, parks and lakes. Overall great value for money.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet. Good breakfast. Coffee and tea available. Good location.
Disliked: Very warm rooms. Floor heating could have been turned off in summertime, had to sleep without a duvet
