Very helpful reception staff

Liked: The reception staff were excellent - very helpful. Breakfast was fine in terms of the choice of food. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Bathroom clean and a reasonable size. Location 'half way' between the station and the lovely harbour area. Other food and drink options close by.
Disliked: Tables at breakfast were too close and the breakfast room was full and incredibly busy unless breakfast was taken early. Sound proofing of the rooms wasn't very good - could hear guests arguing in the next room and someone dropping items on the floor in the room above.
