Perfect place to stay

Liked: Loved our stay, thanks so much for having us. Hosts were lovely and welcoming, breakfast was delicious and room was really nice, really exceeded our expectations for the price and we are looking forward to coming again!

Had a good stay, owners...

Liked: The owner is lovely and attentive. The property was in a good decent location. Served great breakfast and snacks.
Disliked: The parking can be a bit tricky as there’s only four space with a potential of being blocked in. The decor is a bit dated but I’m aware they are doing renovations over the holiday period.

A warm welcome, a comfortable...

Liked: You can see that the new owners have put a lot of love and effort into the hotel over the last year. It's always nice to be remembered. A comfortable stay and an amazing breakfast.
Disliked: I had no complaints or issues with my stay. Parking can be a little tricky. But typically you will find somewhere to park in the side streets nearby.

A lovely short break, weather...

Liked: Breakfast was nice but very small
Disliked: Wasnt in sea view room, paid over the odds, could of got a lot cheaper booking direct

Great Hotel

Liked: Owner was very nice - chatted to us and made us feel welcome - Breakfast was included, cereal, fruit and also a full english which was nice. The hotel has limited parking however there is free parking on streets nearby within a 5 minute walk. Tram stop near to the hotel, with regular trams right into the middle of town A lovely stay in a comfy, nicely decorated room at a reasonable price

Liked: Friendly atmosphere, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms were dated but it's only been under new ownership since Sept 2022 so it's gradually being refurbished.

Liked: Excellent all round. Owners were very welcoming on arrival and room was ready early. Room was very spacious and spotless. Breakfast was high quality and ample for a start to the day. Location on sea front with easy access to trams was also great. Would stay here again if we visit Blackpool in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Everything was just fine, rooms were nicely decorated and clean, breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the hosts went above and beyond to make your stay special. Thank you.

Comfortable enjoyable stay

Liked: Lovely little hotel, very clean, quiet location. Lovely owner. Nice breakfast which was very quickly served and hot.
Disliked: N/A
