A simple, enjoyable stay that...

Liked: Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with great service.
Disliked: There was a cooler in the room, but it was insufficient to maintain a comfortable temperature, making the room warm at night.

nice hotel in a well...

Liked: Nice hotel, very close to the cathedral and the city centre. The area has a lot of facilities as restaurants, bars and shops. For people who do not have breakfast included, there is a Starbucks 5 minutes away from the hotel and a nice Thai restaurant just crossing the street in front of the hotel entrance. The room was very clean with a big glass shower box and a comfortable bed. The pillows were a bit too soft, but overall stay has been more than satisfying
Disliked: Pillows were a bit too soft. The same hotel also has a pub/restaurant at night, so the corridor can be a bit noisy, especially over the weekend.

Liked: The breakfasts were a highlight: delicious food and a variety of options! The restaurant/pub next door was great too!
Disliked: We had an air con unit outside our room which was a bit noisy.

Liked: The breakfast was decent; the location is excellent — very close to both the bus and tram stations. It’s also within walking distance to the Cologne Dom. The staff here are incredibly helpful, and the hotel room is clean, tidy, and comfortable to stay in.
