Fun place to stay with...

Liked: Location and history of the place. Spacious room and bath. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Beds were quite stiff and pillows very flat.

Liked: We liked being in the center of Erding. Great hotel and very nice staff.
Disliked: We didn't know that Erding had there City Fest and had trouble getting to the hotel. Wish they would have let us know upfront how to get with the car to the back entrance.Not the hotels fault but it was a super hot day and having rooms under the roof without Air conditioning was very uncomfortable.

If you are flying in...

Liked: Erding is a nice suburb and this hotel was a good balance of convenience and charm. The 50 minute Sbahn ride to Munich Marienplatz starts just an 8 minute walk from the hotel. The restaurant was popular, had good food, live music, and of course Erdinger Weissbier. Staff was friendly and accomadating. We arrived about 9AM in the morning and they were able to let us into our room right away. When we checked out they arranged a taxi. Room was clean, comfortable, and featured church bells on the hour from next door. Be sure to experience a spa day at Therme Erding which is a short uber ride away, especially excellent for Oktoberfest recovery day.

Exceptional

Liked: Great Location right in the pedestrian area of Erding and only a short drive to MUC Airport.
Disliked: Traveler be aware: our room was facing the next door church and the bells on a Sunday morning are pretty loud.

Erding

Liked: Right in the center of Erding. Nice rooms but no Air Conditioning (Hotel provided fans). Good food and great beer. Great location - 15 Minutes to the Munich Airport.
Disliked: It's tough not to have Air Conditioning in the rooms when it is 35 C during the day.
