Disliked: The only parking option is valet. It’s on a busy street and it can take longer than usual to turn out of the property onto the street.

Liked: room was very large, hotel is in a perfect location and all the staff was amazing to us
Disliked: the building that our room was in had a strong smell of mildew, but thankfully not in our room. Was very clean otherwise

Liked: Location is perfect, staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was big.

Good

Liked: Our first room had no view except dumpsters but the staff helped us find move to a room on the 3rd floor with a great view.
Disliked: The pool party music on Sat & Sun was WAY TOO LOUD. We had a room overlooking the pool and we could not enjoy our room or balcony while the music was playing.

Nice big rooms and comfortable...

Liked: Location is perfect as it is in the centre of the resort.
Disliked: Neither the bar nor the restaurant were open. The website is still advertising full food and bar facilities, note this is not the case. I saw the pool bar open on a few occasions on our 9 day stay. The pool area is small but very nice. The pool itself is only 3.6ft at its deepest.
