Disliked: Reception staff could be a little be more informative on arrival. Didn’t give us any additional information about what was local, breakfast or hotel facilities. Only realised there was a map available on last morning

Liked: Very near to pier 39. Near to reastaurants and souvenir shops, 7/11. Etc. BED WAS VERYYYYY COMFORTABLE. Clean and modern toiletCozy lightning in the room.FILIPINO staff esp. sir ben & sir roy. (They were very helpful and accommodating)

Exceptional

Liked: Everyone was extremely friendly, the hotel was clean, and it was a short walk to Pier 39. They had a patio of fire pits and offered blankets and s'mores kits for free in the evenings. The hotel is attached to a nice Italian restaurant. We got a Margherita pizza to bring to our room and it was delicious. It was an $11 Uber ride from Zoe to the Davies theater downtown. It was perfect for our mini weekend getaway.
Disliked: The room was on the small side but we were out and about most days so it was more than adequate for us.

Convenient location, beautiful facilities

Liked: New, modern fixtures and furniture. The evening smores are a nice touch.
Disliked: Expensive (but most hotels in the area are). Had to wait quite a while to get breakfast in the restaurant.

Liked: Nice spacious room, clean, comfortable bed, looking at the inner courtyard so it was nice and quiet. Staff was very lovely! Overall, great experience.
