Liked: Location, cleanliness and friendly staff.
Disliked: Only issue I have with this hotel is that they never answer their phones!! Asked the front desk to email my receipt. They never did and I tried calling no less than 10 times and every time the same message came circling around after pushing 1 to speak to someone.

Liked: Convenient location close to fisherman’s wharf and public transport inc cable car. Clean room; big bed. Reasonable bathroom
Disliked: Despite room seeming quite big it wasn’t really big enough for two people with luggage. Giant bed need not be so big. Not enough room to have bags open. It was a good size for singles, but a bit cramped for double. As if to underline this, there was only one coffee cup. I asked for a second and got it. But the next time the room was cleaned we dropped down to one cup again. But most everybody staying seemed to be couples so maybe it was just a random thing Some might think it a bit far from the Wharf but it was fine for us.Had one meal (dinner) in the restaurant and was very pleased with it. Staff helpful on checkout.

Disliked: Set up for morning beverages had to wait 10mins for hot water in the foyer where there is a lot of foot traffic. Hot water in the bathroom, wasted alot of water waiting for the hot water to come through. Plug in basin was broken. Could not hold water for washing.Had $15 credit to use each day of stay, but on the invoice, this was not deducted.

Nice and modern hotel, close...

Liked: Nice and modern hotel. Spacious room, good bathroom with plenty of towels, very cozzy patio, Located near Fisherman ' s wharf, walking distance ti pier 39. Restaurants very close. One hour bike for free!
Disliked: I didn't like there was no kettle in the room, with coffee/ tea kit. Although in the morning there was free coffee/ tea in the lobby.
