Liked: Location best aspect. Breakfast OK. Bathroom good. Comfortable bedding. Staff OK when we found them.
Disliked: Self-service check-in and check-out very impersonal and convoluted for a hotel of that price and quality. Incredibly poor lighting in the room. There is atmospheric and energy-saving but this was useless for providing light. Bars, both terrace and ground-floor, closed on Sunday and Monday - the two days we were there. Request for granddaughter's room to be close to ours was requested twice, acknowledged but not implemented.

Liked: The room was a good size with a big bed.
Disliked: The air conditioner in my room was not working. When I reported it, the staff did give me a fan and that helped.

Fabulous hotel!

Liked: The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and sights. The room was great and the rooftop bar had lovely views. Special mention to Ivan who was so friendly and always so helpful!
Disliked: Even though we requested a room with a working AC, it did not properly work throughout our stay.
