The staff were very friendly...

Liked: The hotel was beautiful. I loved the breakfast it was delicious. The cafe was amazing as you can get food 24/7.
Disliked: It had too many mosquitos look a likes because of the live plants but they weren’t mosquitoes because they didn’t bite you.

Liked: Good beds.Good views of the Zocalo from rooms 515 and 415.24x7 snack and drinks service, free breakfast.
Disliked: Loud music in front of the hotel through the night until 5 AM. Woke me up multiple times and I am a heavy sleeper. Very poor rest two nights in a row.The staff did not explain or offer to change rooms or discount the stay, offer earplugs or otherwise attempt to help.The A/c thermostat did not work, so either too warm or too cold. We had three rooms, neither worked.I would not stay there again.

Comfortable, unique hotel right on...

Liked: Gorgeous building in the heart of historic district. Comfy beds and thoughtful amenities. Beautiful decor. The restaurant has a great view of Zocolo. Surprisingly quiet despite location. Loved it!

Liked: I like that snacks and water were included in our stay. The breakfast was good too. The staff was amazing! Friendly and attentive. I had the chance to interact with Reina (housekeeper supervisor) and she made my stay extra special. I would love to stay here again when I visit CDMX.
Disliked: N/A(Not that I didn't like but just a suggestion. I wish both sides of the beds would have a regular power outlets-- instead of the USB connection)

Wonderful experience!

Liked: I had a wonderful experience at this property during my aunt's birthday, and it was our first trip to Mexico City. Eduardo- Front Desk, Antonio- Bellman, Licely-Concierge, Nancy-GM, and the rest of the team made our stay truly special. The room was immaculate; I highly recommend the junior suite with a cathedral view, which offered excellent amenities. It was comfortable to have the space to see the sunrise from the room and see the city vibes from our room window. The inclusion of Cafe Central was a nice touch, providing a quick snack and a comfortable seating area after a long day. The free morning tour at 9 AM was a fantastic way to learn about the city's history. Breakfast on the rooftop was delightful, offering a beautiful view of the Zocalo. We particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs with toast and the freshly squeezed orange juice. We will return to this property for our next visit to this enchanting city! Thank you all!
