Liked: I visited Mexico City in July and stayed at this wonderful hotel. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly – special thanks to Ivan, Karina, and Christian. A big plus is that the hotel is located in the historic center, right next to the Zócalo.

Unbeatable location and great breakfast

Liked: The rooftop breakfast is a real highlight and the Zocalo location cannot be beat. 24/7 cafe with complimentary food and drinks also brilliant. Really enjoyed it here.

Nice place with a shady...

Liked: Good location. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. I think a little pricey for what it is but real nice overall.
Disliked: I am rating this place low because the main reason I selected it over a few others was they offered the use of a bicycle. I went to Mexico City to ride in their every Sunday Ciclovia. The benefit of having a bicycle provided was going to save me the hassle of bringing my own or finding a place to rent one. I had made the reservation several months earlier and requested (based on their saying they had bikes as an amenity) a bike. I figured they could not have been booked up that early but, if so, they would tell me an put me on a waiting list. I did not hear from them so thought I was good. When I asked about it at the counter upon arrival they told me there were none available. They made me feel like I was making an unreasonable demand. I was to be there 4 days. It was hard to believe they would not have an hour or two slot even if maybe there were none available all day of any of those days. Fortunately I was able to get a bike from the city's Ecobici program. It worked out fine but I still think the hotel was incompetent in the way they baited and killed.
