Liked: The breakfast is real good.
Disliked: the room is extremely small. The bathroom and the shower is tiny. And the cafeteria downstairs has horrible food.

Liked: The location was brilliant. A favourite was the 24 hour coffee bar with snacks etc. Honestly brilliant. The water on each floor was a nice touch again. Bed also very comfortable
Disliked: The gym was too small (even by hotel standards)

Bias and Poor Service

Disliked: While the cleaning staff and receptionists were consistently kind and professional, other staff members made us feel unwelcome. Rather than greeting us, we were repeatedly asked if we had a room at the property, which was both uncomfortable and disappointing. It seemed like some staff were annoyed to assist us. Unfortunately, it felt as though travelers who appeared Anglo or Anglo-passing received friendlier, more attentive service than we did as dark skinned Mexicans.The breakfast buffet was equally underwhelming. Options were unappetizing, lacked flavor, and there were very few à la carte choices available. For a hotel in such a prime location, we expected more in terms of both hospitality and dining quality.

Disliked: only negative is Taxi/Shuttle. Was not confirmed on pick up, no problem just took a reg taxi. On departure though, did reserve and confirm one. Got downstairs 10m early, checked with the girl at counter and said taxi on the way. After checking again multiple times and waiting 25m! My ride finally arrived. It was 100% that one girl at the counter, one can only hear 'o desculpa' so many times from them forgetting such a vital function. I could have missed my flight. The driver even showed me his listing and how he was just contacted 5m prior. Besides that a terrific stay.
