Disappointing

Liked: The loft room was very spacious, and gave you a space to relax away from the bed.
Disliked: Was not informed of 24hr notice needed for cleaning services. This also meant no clean towels, no extra coffee, no extra anything. The staff were not helpful at all. Also the shower was about to fall of the wall.

A good hotel that has...

Liked: The location is great. Conveniently located to St Catherine Street and Old Montreal.
Disliked: I have been staying here on trips to Montreal for over 8 years. I request the same room. Suite 1201 or 1101. We requested that housekeeping refresh our room no less than a dozen times over our 3 nights stay. No one ever came to the room. The staff acted like we were making such a monumental and inconvenient request - all we needed were fresh towels and a bed to be made. Calls to management were met with awkward silence and promises that housekeeping would be right up...and no one ever came. The duvet had blood and make up (which is why we kept asking for housekeeping). The bench had hand prints and other suspicious stains. Gross.
