Hotel Zeppelin San Francisco

What I loved about the hotel is the people that work in the front.

Clean, good location. Wine/champagne from 5-6 PM was a great start to New Year's Eve. Staff was very friendly - even helped us order pizza at 2 AM! Would recommend and will stay again. Only downside, no coffee when we got up. It was New Year's Day. Should have served coffee a little later than usual.

Liked: Great time
Disliked: No coffee in room, the cutoff time to get coffee in the hotel was too early - it was New Year's Day!!

A good hotel that should...

Liked: The hotel is central to the city and within easy reach of most locations. The hotel also has a pretty unique vibe, based on the rock music theme.
Disliked: The food menu was limited. That said, it was all cooked fresh and was excellent.

Cool decor but would not...

Liked: The hotel decor is really cool. Also they reacted very fast when I told them that my neighbour was having a loud party after midnight and it went quiet immediately. thanks
Disliked: The rooms were very smelly (cat/animal or smoke or something like that). Location, union square is definitely soulless and sad. Also if you take a wrong turn you might be in a un-safe area (fentanyl people).

Liked: Great location, cool looking hotel, nice decor & friendly staff.
Disliked: No hot water in the shower on the first morning (did get fixed eventually). The room we were put in was opposite someone else’s apartment block which was incredibly noisy & we got no sleep.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for recharging after a long day exploring the city, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and modern.
Disliked: There were some small maintenance issues during our stay — the air conditioning wasn’t working properly at first, and we also had a leak from the ceiling that soaked part of the carpet. One of the lamps also flickered. However, what really stood out was the attentive and helpful front desk staff, who addressed our concerns quickly and even offered us a room change without hesitation.Despite the hiccups, we’d definitely stay again — the atmosphere, location, and service made it all

Disliked: Do not be tempted to add breakfast to the price, waste of your money!!!

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: It smelled disgusting. Room and facility have a bad smell . Carpets are very dirty and old. I would not stay there again.
