Hotel Zenit Pamplona

Would not book again-poor value...

Liked: Hard to answer this
Disliked: Very expensive for a tired hotel that looks good in the pictures. The rooms are tired, with scratches and chips in the furniture. It is far too expensive for a stay, the Ibis is much cheaper, but much more comfortable and brighter/cleaner.

Liked: bathroom, bed, all great. I also liked that the window opened. It was convenient to walk to the movie theater across the street.
Disliked: The air system didn't work. Even though it was May, and not too hot, it was hot in our room. We kept the window open (which was a bit loud and hard with the curtains). If you are checking in, make sure the air system works.

Excessive dog charges

Disliked: The €25 charge for a small dog was excessive. It is not published what the dog charge is, so you do not find out until you arrive at the hotel. We had a non refundable book. No choice but to pay the over priced dog charge.

Liked: Great location, underground parking, wonderful bed, large room, accept dogs

Liked: This hotel was difficult to find on the satnav. But worth it when we arrived.
