Poor

Liked: It was acceptably clean. Some of the staff was pleasant.
Disliked: Many employees one in particular that made our stay an absolute living hell. She was nasty, aggressive, hateful for what reason we do not know.

Disliked: The hotel was not clear in terms of the extra charges. 125 $ per night was hold in my credit card, and at check out 40 $ per night was charged for amenities.. it is too much for such services which normally standard services for other hotels and free of charge.

Absolute rubbish and never would...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We were given a room after paying for an upgrade (hope do you know if it ever was an upgrade?)to Room 315. On arrival, there was no power,no towels in the room and when asking the reception, we were moved to room 813. The following day there was no room service, no cleaning, no towel changes after leaving the clean room sign on the door. Went to the reception and the person on duty was a waste of time, infact same girl who booked us in. Complete disgrace of a hotel and will certainly let everyone know if ever asked about this dump!
