Good location and poor attitude

Liked: Location is good close to the main station, morning staff at the reception are very kind and welcoming.
Disliked: There was no iron available in the room, and I was informed that I needed to go to the sixth floor to have my clothes dry cleaned, along with those of other guests.Additionally, I requested an extra pillow from the night shift receptionist, but she responded that the company responsible for room service was not available at that time. Unfortunately, her response was delivered with a noticeably poor attitude.

Liked: The room and the hotel facilities were great.
Disliked: The personel at the counter was not very helpfull and not friendly! Minimal effort was taken to answer questions. The most estounding: the hotel offers an option to not clean the room every day but with 2 days interval. We were staying 9 nights. Despite all our efforts to make the interval spread over the 9 nights, we ended with cleaning the second night and the last night! The personel could not care less.We were told that we could place our bikes in a guarded area, the parking garage under the hotel. Unlike other hotels with options to park a bike in the car garage, there was no shielded, locked, fence around the bike place. In fact, anybody could walk in. Several items were stolen from our bikes. Upon reporting to counter personel, the answer was: we will inform management.

Liked: It’s in the perfect location for checking out Vienna. It was quiet. It was clean. It was comfortable.
Disliked: It was very hot and humid in the common areas of the hotel. The rooms had a/c but it didn’t work extremely well. It was still cooler in our room than in the hallways and lobby though!
