Happy with the stay

Liked: The location is excellent. Close to the station, supermarkets and restaurants. The room is of good size and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.
Disliked: No real negatives but air conditioning could be a little better.

Wonderful short stay

Liked: We were upgraded to a terrace room free of charge and had more space.Excellent customer service at the front counter. The rooms were lovely and clean, beds very comfortable, natural light. We appreciated the coffee machine, tea and water. Convenient location near Hoftbahnhof and east subway into town.
Disliked: Nothing

Good central location, large family...

Liked: Good location near station. Large family room. Good value for money.
Disliked: The room felt a little dated. The room was fairly clean but there were hairs left behind on almost every surface.
