Liked: Absolutely loved this place, the attention to detail in creating an amazing vibe was not lost on us! It was fantastic for the adults and the kids xx

Besides the one incident staff...

Liked: The staff was very kind and helpful .
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and our lights were sparking and it scared my kids. But the staff did come and fix the electrical the next day but we didn’t know they were going to be in the room when they were so when we got back to the room my 3 kids and I had to sit in the parking lots eating out food. If we had known the room would be occupied by workers we would have ate out at a restaurant or made other arrangements to eat.

A fun stay for families,...

Liked: We had such a great time! Our kiddo loved it and the pool is so nice and heated! Even though it was bordering on a rainy day, being able to go into the pool and the water slide and not be cold was great. The staff was super nice and the location is just close enough to downtown without being too close to the sketchy parts of Victoria. We will for sure stay again. The only thing I noted was the bed was a duvet with no duvet cover, which I thought was weird? But it was clean, so whatever! Would love to see some selection of coffee or teas directly in the room too, but over all it was excellent! The Ruby was also great for breakfast!
