Hotel Zed Kelowna

The hotel was clean inside and out. Beds are the typical king size hotel beds - firm but comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I called early to just drop our bags off and they already had our room ready! Close to any amenities. Will stay there again.

Liked: The cleanliness. Love the decor and atmosphere.
Disliked: Tight parking.

Liked: Awesome decor throughout the entire establishment. Loved the orange rotary phone on the room the best. Comfortable bed and clean room.
Disliked: The drinking glasses in the room were somewhat dirty. We didn’t use them.

Very unlikely to return. Deplorable...

Liked: Location & aesthetic, which I believe they lean HEAVILY on and sacrifice all elsewhere
Disliked: Where to begin… tub full of previous people’s hair… units falling apart needing updating… tv remote absolutely caked in human filth and hair… blood stains on the sheets… staff with 0 personality… parking lot full of nails from construction which became lodged in our tire…. Not to mention we requested a top floor and quiet room. During previous stays they were happy to just assign this, this time they made me pay an upgrade and then put us in a room against the alleyway which was extremely noisy…

Liked: Early check-in no problem, bed comfortable, bathroom good, clean, friendly staff, free parking
Disliked: The air conditioner noisy. Spa too hot, set at over 40 degrees which virtually is unusable

Disliked: I had mixed experiences with the staff. At checkout the lady was extremely rude and for that reason I would not recommend this property.
