We did not stay!

Liked: If I had to say something nice, it would be the outdoor chess board, and the bright colors masking the dilapidated property.
Disliked: It was filthy - hair, bugs, a silver twist tie, and mold on the bathroom floor, and baseboards! The toilet wouldn’t flush. There was someone in the room above us that sounded like they were banging on stuff and being thrown around. It smelled of smokey mildew!!! Unsafe because the office closes. A woman in red underwear had an emergency, while frantically knocking of the door, and there was nobody there to help her. The doors were locked with a phone number posted, also stating they would be back at 8.30 AM. We tried calling the posted number but the mailbox was full. Nobody answered! I wouldn’t even remove my shoes in the room it was so filthy. We couldn’t stay there and left after 45 minutes. Also, THIS is NOT a HOTEL! THIS IS A MOTEL!

Unique hotel experience

Liked: From the moment we drove up to the hotel to when we checked out, it was a great experience. It reminded me of a themed hotel. We loved it! The staff was amazing at the front desk. The hotel design was awesome. The amenities are great. It even had a speakeasy to relax after a hard day. The room was comfortable and their bathrobes were super comfortable. There was even an option to buy the bathrobes at the front desk. The use of technology for the hotel room door made it feel safer and the checkout process was completed with a text. The experience was unique and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't buy the bathrobe before we left at 7:30 am due to the front desk not being available until 8:30 am. However we plan on going back in the next couple of months so we will get one then!

Pleasant

Liked: Room was small but comfortable.. fun decor. ... Zazzy!Neighborhood was Nob Hill but we didn't spent time there. Only there for over night. Only 6 mins from airport and 15 from Old Town where we shopped and ate. Front desk manager, Console, was a great help to us when we lost something and she scoured through camera feed for us. She was patient and understanding! She gets a 5 star!
Disliked: We are in our 60's and while we think young this place is geared more for younger singles and young families. It was very noisy at night not only because of loud road traffic but guests partying. The interesting furniture outside by pool and other grassy spots is fun but size seems geared more to children. Reminded me of a kids playground.

Liked: We really enjoyed the speak easy and the staff were super friendly.
Disliked: I think the property needs an update. Rooms are worn and need a refresh. The floors need to have a quick mop each day.
