Superb

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the design of the hotel and it was very clean. We did not have a car so I appreciated the availability of having the hotel shuttle for a three mile radius trip at the hotel. The pool area was always clean and very relaxing.
Disliked: The cost for overnight parking was a bit pricey. But the hotel is located in a great area, so you can walk or use a ride share service to get around.

One of the best hotels...

Luxury and friendly experience in...

Liked: Excellent location, great room and hotel had excellent facilities. The pool area was lovely, spa was one of the best we’ve ever been to and the butler’s pantry was the cherry on top. Shoutout to all the valets! The shuttle was incredibly helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to feel taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping didn’t come back to refresh our room on the second night after we asked for 5 minutes to get ready and leave. Poolside staff were ok but would have been helpful to come out and ask if we wanted drinks rather than going through to the bar with wet swimwear.
