Liked: Great location and friendly staff. Hotel was clean and the food was very good. Enjoyed having a refrigerator and mini bar.
Disliked: I would have preferred the ability to lower the temperature in the room without opening the windows. May have just been user error on my end.

Ideal modern accommodation in a...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with very good coffee and freshly cooked pancakes, omelettes and scrambled eggs. Wine cellar with interesting wines. Good Italian restaurant in house. Location directly next to the castle and old town perfect to get a first impression of the city. I shall return.

Liked: A lovely, centrally located yet quiet hotel. Spotlessly clean, nice staff, really good breakfast.
Disliked: It was a little difficult to control the temperature in our room.

Liked: Everything is done right. The location is amazing, right in the heart of old town. Fantastic breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, AC, elevator. It's all great.

Nice hotel, great location and...

Liked: room was ready early in the day, cleaning staff and reception staff very friendly, and location is really convenient, close to good restaurants and shopping centers
Disliked: with exception of the receptionist on Sunday, who would not even allow me to stay 20 minutes longer in my room to finish a meeting. felt cheap and very disappointing, as I was staying with them for a weekend quite frequently.
