Hotel Zachary Chicago a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

What an awesome boutique hotel! The thought that went into the architecture and the detail in the design and the furnishings put the "lux" in luxury for me! I treated myself to that 'something more' experience and was not disappointed. Being within walking distance to the Metro Concert Hall and having my car valet parked made my solo trip into the big windy city so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Hotel Zachary.

Liked: The roads were slick with falling snow the morning I left the hotel and the lovely man who brought my car to me must have hit a slick spot. He made absolutely certain my car was good and I would be safe and that I knew to handle the car with care.
Disliked: I experience zero bad points.

The room was very nice; the staff were all very helpful and pleasant; the location is great and the price was good for a high-end hotel. You cannot go wrong with choosing the Zachary.

Liked: I liked the view I had and overall vibe of the hotel.
Disliked: FYI if you have a sensitive sense of smell the iron/metal lamps... I don't know what they use to clean/polish them but those lamps just smell bad.

Liked: Beautiful, clean room. Awesome view of the stadium. Perfect location to attend a concert. Sat and people watched leading up to the concert and avoided the large crowds after the concert. Individual ice bags, Complimentary water and beautiful coffee bar was a bonus for me.
Disliked: It was wonderful. The price was high for one of our nights, due to a sold out concert. Honestly, worth the price for the convenience.

Disliked: One minor point: only 2 keurig coffee cups. Was able to get another w asking. Would have been nice to get more, considering cost of hotel.Again, minor.

Great hotel. Friendly but not...

Liked: Location was great, right next to wrigley and downtown.
Disliked: there were homeless in the garage below and right outside the front door which did create awkward situations. Parking garage marked with the hotel should be free or validated for guests while they stay… if you can’t afford to validate it would make more sense to raise prices and include parking.

Liked: Absolutely spectacular experience. Room was stylish and comfortable. The view of the Wrigley Field Marquee sign was jaw dropping. The staff pulled out all the stops to make our anniversary weekend trip special. By the end of the first day we said we are 100% going to return and stay here again. Extremely well done.
