What an awesome boutique hotel! The thought that went into the architecture and the detail in the design and the furnishings put the "lux" in luxury for me! I treated myself to that 'something more' experience and was not disappointed. Being within walking distance to the Metro Concert Hall and having my car valet parked made my solo trip into the big windy city so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Hotel Zachary.
Liked: The roads were slick with falling snow the morning I left the hotel and the lovely man who brought my car to me must have hit a slick spot. He made absolutely certain my car was good and I would be safe and that I knew to handle the car with care.
Disliked: I experience zero bad points.

The room was very nice; the staff were all very helpful and pleasant; the location is great and the price was good for a high-end hotel. You cannot go wrong with choosing the Zachary.
Liked: A very nice room in a very good location.
Disliked: The in-house breakfast offered few choices.

Liked: Everyone was awesome. Room was very clean and comfortable. Right across the street from Wrigley field. Recommend Smoke Daddy's right next to the hotel for drinks and food. Nice bring able to walk around Wrigleyville. Highly recommend Hotel Zachery!!

Disliked: The air-condition was extremely loud. My request to fix it was not accommodated. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The hotel wants to show off with an art-deco-oriented style, but at the end of the day, everything is a cheap mock-off from China or India.
