Lovely hotel but disappointing room...

Liked: Clean, modern and good parking nearby. Great facilities with a pool, gym and sauna.
Disliked: Paid extra for a superior room as this was meant to be larger but the room was very small and extra space had been allocated to the bathroom, not the bedroom. Room service also failed to top up coffee machine supplies and there is no fridge in the room. There is limited storage space not great for a stay longer than 2-3 days and you get a rail for a wardrobe.

Liked: It was clean, staff was understanding and attentive to us when we needed items. Overall I loved it because I stay there when I am in Paris
Disliked: It is a little far from most places but not bad. I would say the lack of a refrigerator and refilling of water in the rooms was annoying. Took time to come but nothing of great concern

Liked: Perfect location for us to get to the Grand Palais for an event, comfortable hotel rooms with excellent facilities
