Liked: Over booked
Disliked: No room when they said they had

Somebody was running power tools...

Liked: It was easy to get to there were a number of amenities nearby that made it easy
Disliked: The jet tub was not very clean. The soap dispenser did not work properly in the shower.

Passable

Liked: Extremely loud hotel right on Colorado. Can hear every single room and listed as free parking while it wasn’t.
Disliked: Too noisy impossible to sleep whether it be from other rooms or being on a loud street where cars race. Soap smells awful and not the best quality. Expected more from this price point. Also listed as free parking but they do charge $12.00 for parking.

Unkept, dated and dirty.

Liked: Front desk person welcomed us nicely. Great location to get to the Greek Theater, right around corner from huge mall, Americana.
Disliked: Dirty and unkept. Water damage in bathroom with rust and mold. Non-draining shower. Frayed, thin towels. Dirty and dusty surfaces. No towel racks or hangers. Two of four Pool lounge chairs with ripped out seats. Bed sheets were smoky in a non-smoking roomUnsafe as no security latch on door.
