Liked: Such a friendly and helpful welcome from staff at reception. Room was good size with large window to let in lots of light. Everything was clean and comfortable. The toiletries, handwash, lotion, conditioning shampoo and body wash, were lovely to use.I had a drink in the bar the 1st evening of our stay and the lady was lovely friendly and helpful, even reminded me of free wifi in the hotel and helped me with the password. We decided to extend our stay for another night, again the lady at reception was very helpful and efficient.Great location, nice neighbourhood to have a stroll and a coffee in the morning before getting train / underground to city for some site seeing / shopping. Would highly recommend.

Great location, wonderful staff, great...

Liked: The hotel is convenient, the bus is right in front of the hotel and the tube is two blocks away. There are shops and supermarkets and restaurants everywhere around the hotel. The staff was amazing Amira,Briana and Santos at the reception were very professional and extremely friendly.Fenna who served breakfast (Which had a lot of choices and was very good) was great as well.Outstanding staff all around.The hotel was clean and very quiet.
