Liked: Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Toilet was difficult to flush. It's a push button type and unless you pressed it hard and fast it wouldn't flush paper. I informed staff who were very helpful and offered me another room but they said all rooms had the same toilet.

Excellent location, Clean and Spacious...

Liked: The breakfast quality was good; not a huge assortment, but the quality was good, i.e., the bread, the juice, the eggs, etc. Also, the location is fantastic because many restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the Ealing Boardway station is a 6min walk. The Overall experience was great, and I really liked the hotel, and if I ever go back to the UK, I would stay there.
Disliked: There are no electrical outlets near the bed, and no USB ports in the sockets, so make sure you have a couple of travel adaptors if you have multiple devices. I didn't ask for adaptors; I am sure they would have given if I had requested them.
