Superb

Liked: We have stayed at the Xanadu before so returning guests. The reasons for coming back are the friendly staff, good size room with king size bed, a fabulous location with great public transport links.
Disliked: Nothing that would stop us from continuing to have Xanadu as our hotel of choice in Ealing. The only comment for other guests is if you are a light sleeper it's better to request a quiter room at the time of booking.

Liked: The staff were friendly & helpful and the room was very clean & warm (especially helpful in a cold February).
Disliked: Nothing really all good.

Absolute bliss.

Liked: The HUGE bed! Luxurious feather quilt. Tea making facilities. Breakfast.....daily fresh, great choices of Continental and cooked items, egg, bacon, sausage, mushroom, beans & tomatoes. Cereals; fruit, pastries. ...excellent and ample. Pot of tea made each morning. The staff at breakfast Justin and Fenna were very attentive, pleasant and professional! The area, near Ealing Broadway tube and train Station. Busy area with lots of restaurants, bars, shopping for everyone.Clean, friendly hotel. All staff very professional. Daily housekeeping each day standard.
Disliked: Leaving!!!

Nice hotel

Liked: Nice hotel, just a few minutes walk from Ealing Broadway station. Close to the shopping area, but on a relatively quiet road. Clean and comfortable with a good shower. A kettle and plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, etc. provided. Excellent breakfast, covering continental and full English.
Disliked: A small fridge in the room would have been nice.

Liked: Great location. Easy to get anywhere with district, Elisabeth line and central. Close to good eating out places
Disliked: After few days of stay we noticed bed bugs, though moved to different room after informing reception, I fiudn sleeping there no longer enjoyable and kept checking every nook and croock for bugs.cant shake the bad vibe off. Really suprised to have such an expirnece with not a cheap hotel.
