Liked: The room service, the view, an very happy for the accomodations an also was happy wen I arrived to park the idea of my name being on a list for checkin along with providing my visitors a place to park while they were here for the day..as finding parking at this time of year due to the cne was very difficult..
Disliked: This time around due to it being so busy, an traffic for the cne an all, my checkin was very late almost 545pm.. but was able to enjoy the Valerie while w8n.

Fantastic views and comfortable rooms...

Liked: The location is great and it was easily accessibly by car. Parking was very easy. The room was comfortable and clean and the lake view was fantastic. The pool was lovely and not busy as you had to book access time.
Disliked: We had technical issues with Wifi which never worked and express checkout and room phone did not work. Room was not restocked with coffee or water. We had a few instances of poor service - pool service was quite poor. Overall for the expected quality of a hotel of this price we were disappointed.

No complaints, but overpriced. Far...

Liked: Interesting facilities. Great to stay at for concerts at the Budweiser Stage.
