Liked: Check in and parking was so easy! The staff at reception were so kind and helpful. The room is great! Comfy bed, love how the curtains open up when you enter for the first time. Will definitely come back, it’s such a central location with no traffic noise

Liked: The Hotel was such a great place to stay ,excellent staff, fantastic facilities and the location is perfect for great restaurants and bars and an easy walk into the city.

Disliked: The staff member checking us in was really rude, spoke to me like I was an idiot. The bathroom in our room was absolutely disgusting inside the shower, there was pink mould in the grout and the tiles on the floor looked like they hadn’t been scrubbed ever. Considering this was meant to be a “luxury hotel” I definitely could not recommend it as such. When checking out the guy at reception was quite nice and apologetic and even offered us another room. (He unlike the other staff member was lovely” However as this point we decided to check out and go home.
