Marvellous location with terrific staff...

Liked: The location was excellent and the reason why we chose this hotel. The staff were terrific, friendly, efficient and welcoming.
Disliked: The decor was ho-hum to our taste - I'm afraid we really didn't like the "artworks" in the bedrooms. In the rooms, it was often awkward navigating the doors between bathroom to wardrobe. The hanging lights above the bed were really annoying, we were constantly banging our heads on them; but overall, little annoying things let the hotel down...no milk in the fridge for early morning coffee, no replacement tea bags for a two night stay, Of course each to their own in appreciating the overall design, but some things are so easily fixable with a little attention to detail.
