Hotel Wroxham

Relaxing stay, a real treat!

Liked: Location was superb, great for our cruiser holiday with Norfolk Broads Direct, and for visiting places in Wroxham. We had a balcony room and view amazing, spent a lot of time on the balcony. Great choices at breakfast. Lovely terrace for food , drinks especially in the evening.
Disliked: Weather was very hot at the time of our visit but hotel has no air con so the room was very hot. Fan provided was very welcome! Bathroom quite small with no areas to put toiletries etc.

The stay was adequate.

Disliked: Stairs to rooms, no air con. Poor location, difficult to find. Overpriced for what you got.

Enjoyable superb view from the...

Liked: Superb breakfast with excellent service - registered our appreciation with the lady serving. Available dinner menu was good along with the service. However, a choice of additional dishes would have improved the dining experience. The room and bathroom were clean and well serviced daily. The view from the balcony was superb - well worth the stay.
Disliked: The balconey floor and the type of chairs provided could be improved - did advise the hotel. The weather being so hot, whilst the fan did a reasonable job air-conditioning was a must. The room and bathroom were quite compact.- little more room in each would have made all the difference. Considering the room size, lack of air-conditioning and a lift made the room charge would appear to be somewhat questionable.

Liked: Lovely room with views of the river. Quiet and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant in the evening was good too.
