Superb

Liked: We were moved to the hotel right opposite of WB Centrum. No problem at all. Same grade hotel. Great location for visiting Autostadt. Great breakfest, all conditions clearly described on Booking. No surprises. Free umbrellas available on the reception.
Disliked: everything was just fine.

Convenient and friendly location

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel next to train station and Autostadt. Various option ofr eating nearby. Room was big, quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: The lift was being replaced hence no lift and have to walk to the third floor. It is just bad timing but in that case it might be better to put all guest in lower floors if the capacity allows it.
