Nice hotel near the city...

Liked: The Hotel has a very convenient location. You can walk to the main station in about 10-15 mins. The rooms were clean and the bed was big and comfy. The Breakfast was very good with a lot of different options to choose from.
Disliked: The staff I interacted with during my stay were not particularly friendly.Although the bathroom looked quite modern and new, the shower was not completely sealed so that the bathroom floor was completely wet after showering.

Disliked: We stayed at Hotel With Urban Deli for one night this time, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing—especially compared to our amazing experience last year.The room was extremely cold, and the heating didn’t work at all. We informed the staff, who said they would look into it, but the problem was never resolved. In the end, we had to ask for an extra blanket just to get through the night.Another letdown was the breakfast. This hotel is known for its outstanding breakfast selection, which was one of the reasons we chose to return. However, this time the breakfast was noticeably reduced, with fewer options available, which was really surprising and disappointing.We also had an unpleasant experience at the hotel restaurant. When we asked for a dinner recommendation or where to sit, we were passed from one staff member to another, and not all of them were particularly polite. As guests of the hotel, we expected a warmer and more attentive attitude at the restaurant as well.We had such high expectations based on our previous stay, but sadly, this visit didn’t live up to them.
