Liked: Great location. Super attentive and friendly staff. Quick turnaround on service requests.
Disliked: Not good value for money! Very expensive for room of that caliber: very noisy (1. could hear neighbors and 2. loud vent noise no matter the AC/heating setting); no view; some items missing from the room.

Nice hotel. Nice location. Nice...

Liked: Great location. Rooftop restaurant is a great experience. Room was organized well for the snowy weather.
Disliked: Breakfast is only by menu order with no buffet option. Meeting room was constantly cold.

Luxury in all aspects

Liked: Everything about our stay at the William Gray hotel was absolutely amazing. The service from all staff we encountered was beyond exceptional, the hotel room was clean and upscale even for their most basic option. The bed/pillows were super comfortable and the shower water pressure was next level. To top it all off the spa was luxurious and professional, one of the best massages I’ve had. Will definitely be back as soon as possible!
