Great Little
Liked: 100 m from Gare du Nord, perfect for an early morning Eurostar departure. The room was very clean, the bed & pillows were super comfortable, the best we’d had on our 2Month trip through France, it was a pity we had to get up so early! The staff were very helpful & our luggage, which we had stored with them, had been taken to the room ready for our arrival.
Disliked: Very small room which was a little awkward with a lot of luggage. The shower door opened inward which awkward and the body wash was empty.

Perfect for our one night...
Liked: Clever and practical features such as usb ports and fold out desk. Lots of storage space for such a compact room. Really good size bathroom. Super comfy bed and good quality linen. Amazingly quiet considering the location!

Rude staff
Liked: Across the street from the gare du nord.
Disliked: In the morning, at 10:45 (after the official breakfast time had already ended), we politely asked if we could sit in the lobby to have a croissant and coffee we had brought from outside. I am 8 months pregnant, and since the room only has a bed and no proper place to eat, we simply needed a table and two chairs. The receptionist responded rudely, saying we could not use the lobby because the breakfast items had not yet been cleared. Another staff member even questioned her, saying, “Why not let them use it since breakfast time is over?” To which the receptionist replied very rudely, “Je m’en fiche” (“I don’t care”).I was shocked by her impoliteness and complete lack of consideration, especially given my condition. I was left speechless by how unprofessional and inconsiderate her behavior was.
