Hotel Westbahn is located in a vibrant area of Vienna a 1-minute walk from Vienna's Westbahnhof Train and Underground Station. The Mariahilfer Straße Shopping Boulevard can be reached within 2 minutes on foot and the Wiener Stadthalle within 7 minutes on foot. Free WiFi is offered. All of the modernly furnished rooms feature a TV with satellite channels. Some units come with a seating area. A bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries is standard in each room. Hotel Westbahn offers a small courtyard garden. Guests receive 1 bottle of water free of charge upon arrival while coffee is offered around the clock in the lobby. Liked: This is our third time at this hotel. Excellent hotel, large room, very clean, good location - a minute walk from a Westbanhof station. Varied and delicious breakfast. We requested a baby cot when we booked the hotel but we did not receive it when we arrived to the hotel. The guy at the front desk said he would try to help us but we did not receive the bed for the first night. The next day we talked to the woman at the front desk and in less than an hour, the cot was already in the room. The service and staff are very kind.There is a free, 24hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate machine in the lobby.Highly recommended!

Liked: Excellent hotel, large room, very clean, good location - a minute walk from a Westbanhof station. Varied and delicious breakfast. The hotel staff is very kind! Highly recommended!

Great hotel

Liked: Great hotel in a nice area. The family suite was perfect, very clean, very big, we all slept like babies. No noise from the street. Breakfast was really tasty. Loved the coffee, tea and hot chocolate machine in the lobby. Staff was amazing. Thank you all!

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was good.
Disliked: Small and slow elevator. Bed was hard. The room did not smell nice. Staff couldn´t speek english. Would be great with one more coffee machine at breakfast.

Superb

Liked: The hotel is old, but the rooms have been renovated - so, new beds, new furnishings, new toiletries, but old doors and windows. This however doesnt affect the comfortability of stay. It was warm enough, the room was daily cleaned, there was a smart tv in the room. The breakfast was excellent, very diverse and fresh. They even put proseco out for the Easter Sunday brunch :). The area is very quiet and safe. All in all, great value for money.
Disliked: I would have appreciated more candid photos of the doors, but this really wouldnt have changed my overall feeling about the hotel.
