Terrible

Disliked: They made us pay extra money because of so called “Tourism taxes” even though in the price in Booking taxes and other factors were included!Not only that they wanted to get more money from us because they accused us of only reserving the rooms for one person and then i had to show the Email from Booking where i reserved for 4 people!They are greedy, very unfriendly and very unfair and unfaithful, entering rooms after the people leave the room for a short period of time!Had bed sheets with blood and whatnot!Terrible just absolutely awful!
